Cancellation Policy

At Up Down Jump Party Rentals, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, which is why we offer flexibility in rescheduling your event.

1. Inclement Weather or Unforeseen Circumstances:
- If we have not delivered or are en route to your event, any booking can be rescheduled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances at no additional charge.

2. Deposit:
- Our $25 deposit is non-refundable. However, you have the option to reschedule your event within one year from the original booking date without any penalty.

3. Setup:
- Once the inflatable or event setup is complete, there will be no refunds for any reason whatsoever. It is the responsibility of the customer to cancel before setup to be eligible for a refund.
